ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

MISS SWASTHYA:

• The participant of Miss Swasthya should be aged in between 18 years to 28 years of age. Participant should provide the age proof (passport, Aadhar card, birth certificate, school certificate, driver’s license, etc.)
• The participant must be a natural born woman.
• The participant should be unmarried and not engaged at the time of her participation.
• Selections are based on healthy body & mind, healthy height & weight – with good BMI and healthy lifestyle of the participant(s).

MR SWASTHYA:

• The participant of Mr Swasthya should be aged in between 18 years to 28 years of age. Participant should provide the age proof (passport, Aadhar card, birth certificate, school certificate, driver’s license, etc.)
• The participant must be a natural born man.
• Selections are based on healthy body & mind, healthy height & weight – with good BMI and healthy lifestyle of the participant(s).

SWASTHYA KUTUMBA:

• The participants of Swasthya Kutumba should be a family consisting of at least three members i.e. father, mother and a child.
• Participants should provide the proof s (family photo, marriage certificates, birth certificate, etc.).
• Selections are based on healthy body & mind, healthy height & weight – with good BMI and healthy lifestyle of the participant(s).

SELECTION PROCESS:

• Preliminary rounds of interviews will be held for the applicants on 19^th & 20^th of June 2023.
• Selected applicants will participate in the main event to be held on 24^th June 2023 i.e. Saturday evening at the venue, Hitex Swasthya Expo zone.
• Participant(s) must agree to adhere to all the rules, whatsoever amended time to time by the organisers, as a participant.
• The participant should never have been indulged or been a direct/indirect part of any photography/videography associated with any nudity or pornography.
• The participant must not be into any commercial/non-commercial agreement with any other agencies that may affect her/his participation by any means. In such case, their participation will be terminated and the participant is solely responsible for any outcomes that may arise.
• Any delay in applications for participation enrolment for whatsoever may be the reasons will not be considered after the last date for enrolment.
• Participant(s) must put up a strict discipline and well-mannered behaviour throughout the schedules designed by the Organisers.
• All the expenses incurred for the auditions, preliminary and final rounds & Grand Finale (Travel fares & Stay) including any others such as grooming & training whatsoever are to be solely be borne by the participant(s).
• Participant may have to pay the registration fee, entry fee or any other fees (if any) which are made compulsory for participation by the organisers.
• Any other personal expenses of the participant during the event time which may or may not be connected with the event are to be borne y the participant and organisers will not be responsible for the same.
• Any changes in terms of quality, quantity, look or feel of the prizes, trophies, Souvenirs etc., promised by the sponsors to the winners are not the responsibility of organisers.
• Any loss, inconvenience or injury faced by participant(s) in regards with their participation in this even cannot be implied to the Organisers as their responsibility. All participants must agree to participate in this event at their own risk, whatsoever.
• Participant must agree to follow all the rules and instructions of the Organisers once she/he is selected as a contestant to participate in the competitions.
• Participant(s) standing as the winners in the competitions must agree that the Organisers will reserve all rights of whatsoever to ask them to give appearances (Audio/Video/Audio-Video) for forth coming events/campaigns for a term of one year after the conclusion of the event.
• Any or all information provided by the participant(s) may be used or displayed or shared by the Organisers in their publications or publicity materials.
• The organisers or their authorised agencies / third parties are entitled to check and verify the information provided by the participants before / during / after their participation, which may include personal, professional, health-related, qualifications, etc..
• All the decisions related to production, promotions, photographs, advertising, program, media, social media, endorsements, testimonials, appearance, and all other aspects of the event are solely at the discretion of the Organisers.
• All the presentations and appearances of whatsoever in the event by the participant(s) will have to be informed in prior and an approval is a must from the Organisers. Failing which may lead to disqualifying at the discretion of the Organisers.
• Any participant(s) who doesn’t abide with the rules of Organisers or any act against the rules will lead to disqualifying them. If such participant(s) turns out to be the winner may have to return back all his title(s), prize(s), crown and any other winning materials to the organisers.
• During the event time, all the participant(s) must stay loyal to the Organisers and no negative comments or propaganda verbally, in writing, or on any social media whatsoever against the event or Organisers will be entertained. Any such, if observed will lead to their disqualification and/or legal actions.
• Participant(s) should not be a part of any contract(s) in verbal or written with any individual or organisation, which may affect or lead to disturbances for the event. In case of any such occurrence, participant(s) is solely responsible for it and Organisers have no responsibility in the matter.
• Participant(s) must agree to use their name, details and photo/video by the Organisers in their promotional activities during and after the commencement of the event, until and unless requested by the participant(s) in written to stop such usage and the same is agreed to by the Organisers officially.
• All photographs, videos and other materials acquired by the Organisers before, during and after the commencement of the event will be the sole  personal property of the Organisers.
• Participant(s) alone will be permitted to enter the designated venue of the title event and any other attendants / associates / family members to accompany must and should possess a prior permission from the organisers.
• The date, time and schedules of the events and any eligibility criteria are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers at any time.
• Any fees paid in part or full by the participant(s) will not be refunded at any time, for any reason or under any circumstances.
• The non-refundable fees may include and not limited to entry fees, publicity fees, enrolment fees, Advertisement booking fees, Entry ticket fees, and any other fees paid to the Organisers by anyone so ever, including the participant(s), their family Members, Sponsors and/or Advertisers.
• If the event is modified, rescheduled, abruptly concluded or cancelled due to any reasons, the organisers will not stand responsible for the same. The Organisers have all the rights about the event in this regard. In case of any disputes regarding the event, decisions of the Organisers stand final and the participant(s) must bind to the same.
• The Organisers hold all the rights regarding the dates, times, schedules, number of participants and any other details of the event. Decisions of Judges/Jury stand final in the competitions and participant(s) must abide to the judgements given.
• The courts of Hyderabad have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
